Why isn't there one price per cut?

Because no two coats take the same time. Nine things set the length of the hour, and we ask about them on the phone before we quote.

  • Amount of scissor work
  • Brushing
  • Clipping
  • Degree of matting
  • Difficulty of cut
  • Temperament
  • Drying time
  • Length of hair
  • Size of pet

The price range is quoted by phone, and the quote is firm once we see your dog.

What happens if plans change?

48 hours' notice

A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if 48-hour notice is not given. We are by appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday, so a late cancel is a gap in the day.

Matted coats

In the best interest of your pet in mind, we will not provide the matting services. Brushing between visits keeps the next groom comfortable.

Referrals
